Neurotoxins has been marketed for close to 20 years as a solution for the visible signs of aging on your skin. Preventative Dermal Fillers start before any wrinkles or fine lines in your face are visible. The ideal candidate is someone who has begun to see faint lines. When you see those faint lines, you’re seeing a future wrinkle. People in their mid-to-late 20s or even early 30s would be considered candidates for preventative treatment. Initially, I was told not to purchase additional through Groupon and that I would receive the same price, but that changed quickly. When I declined to buy an extra package and pay more, the provider’s attitude shifted and I was treated poorly. The treatment lasted at max four weeks and caused a tingling sensation on my face that I had never experienced before. I also felt uncomfortable due to the way I was spoken to. The behavior came across as rude and dismissive, and I personally observed noticeably better treatment toward lighter-skinned clients, which made the experience feel discriminatory and unprofessional. Overall, I did not feel respected or cared for as a client. I would not return and would not recommend this service based on my experience.
