I had an amazing experience at this place! I received CO₂ and Botox treatments, and everything was done very professionally. The staff made me feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout the entire process. Fay( The owner) is very professional and responsible, which gave me confidence in the treatments. I had a very disappointing experience. Initially, I was told not to purchase additional through Groupon and that I would receive the same price, but that changed quickly. When I declined to buy an extra package and pay more, the provider’s attitude shifted and I was treated poorly. The treatment lasted at max four weeks and caused a tingling sensation on my face that I had never experienced before. I also felt uncomfortable due to the way I was spoken to. The behavior came across as rude and dismissive, and I personally observed noticeably better treatment toward lighter-skinned clients, which made the experience feel discriminatory and unprofessional.
