When I declined to buy an extra package and pay more, the provider’s attitude shifted and I was treated poorly. The treatment lasted at max four weeks and caused a tingling sensation on my face that I had never experienced before. I also felt uncomfortable due to the way I was spoken to. The behavior came across as rude and dismissive, and I personally observed noticeably better treatment toward lighter-skinned clients, which made the experience feel discriminatory and unprofessional.
